Assess your company’s culture in 30 seconds
This diagram is the Formula for Guaranteed Success (FGS) – a summary of every ‘success’ model with no hype, jargon or mystery. It is what you do when you succeed.
If your organisation – majority of people – spend more time focusing on just one point of the FGS you are far less likely to be successful than the company that has a balanced approach across the whole FGS.
For example, if your organisation – majority of people – spend more time on Know where you are now – endless wallowing in the problems you face today, or even Do it! – behaving in an unhelpful spontaneous busy, busy way, (albeit taking plenty of action but on the wrong things) you are far less likely to be successful.
Balance the process, paying attention to each part of the formula.
Know where you want to go – being clear about your outcome.
Know where you are now – building on what you already have.
Know what you have to do – making clear plans that you can allocate and track.
Do it! – and then empowering people to get on with it.
That’s the way to success, happy people – staff and shareholders.
