Do this and you will succeed – don’t and you won’t

Yes, I have covered it before – never with such urgency as I do today.

The uncertainty agenda has led to 3 challenges, in each of Leadership, Governance and Business.

Leadership – Organisations must get more from the people they already have – and those they have are increasingly off work due to stress.

Governance – Shareholders are fearful and will only invest for safe returns and are increasingly crossing the line from investor to executive to ensure this happens.

Business – CEOs now having to deliver Plan ‘A’ – there is no time, money or resources to have a Plan ‘B’.

The Answer

You must ensure that you receive 3 Times More value, confidence and agility Financial Return on Investment for everything that you do, internally and externally.

That is the new, first rule of Leadership, Governance and Business.

Leadership – Fast-Track Behavioural change will only happen when your people choose to do what you really need them to do – and they love doing it. Happy People = Happy Customers = Happy Profits.

Governance – Prove you are delivering this at the heart of your strategy and your Shareholders will cause you grief no more.

Business – Simplify – Everyone knows you need to do it, many talk about it, very few actually do it. It is time to start that much needed, challenging and brave journey from busyness to business.

Never have we faced such stark opposite choices – do this, and your success, growth and results will be inevitable. Don’t, and it won’t.
