For these 7 things – what 3 things do they have in common, for them to ‘work’ for you?
For these 7 things
- Projects
- Change Programmes/New Initiatives
- Meetings (all)
- New systems
- Partnering with external providers
- Products
- Training/Consultancy/Coaching
Make sure you do these 3 things:
Know where you want to go – have a clear, concise and compelling Outcome understandable by all.
Know where you are now – Have a named person (just one) owning each.
Know what you have to do – Financially measure everything on that list – if it has a cost, then it must have a value. If the value can’t be measured, then don’t do it.
