Naked Leader Message – for really busy people

The Naked Leader message is really simple – indeed, if you are a fast reader, you can probably get through any of the books in just 90 minutes.

Some of you just don’t have that sort of time, though.

And you e-mail me, and you ask me at conferences, and you want to know:

“What is the Naked Leader message, in just 90 seconds?”

Well, I can’t possibly summarise the message into 60 seconds, that would be ridiculous.

I can do it in 60 seconds, though:

The Naked Leader is you, not me, and it is the bleeding obvious. If you want to succeed, by your own definition and in any area of your life, know what you want to achieve – your desired outcome, and accept nothing less. Stop making up excuses for inaction and do something, and ask yourself the only question you need to:

 Does what I am doing take me / us closer to achieving my / our desired outcome, or not. If so, do more of the same, if not, do something else – and keep this going until you achieve it, or choose to give up.

 And to remove any fear, remember that one day you will close your eyes and you will die – and you will never know when. And then you will either rot under the ground or be a pile of ashes.

 So, stop reading this and get with the programme and live life to the full, while you can,

or don’t – your choice.
