This also covers change, coaching, and consultancy – if any potential supplier can’t answer ‘yes’ to each of these questions, don’t work with them:
1. Experience – Have you worked with a wide range of organisations across cultures, sectors and size?
2. Investment – Are you going to make us 3 times more money than we invest, including our internal costs?
3. Sustainable – Will what we do together be embedded into our organisation?
4. Inclusive – Does what you do ‘work’ with everyone, from all backgrounds and cultures?
5. Our World – Is your agenda customised to our issues, challenges and opportunities?
6. Mental Wellness – Will what you do energise, uplift and inspire our people?
7. Practitioners – Are your people business practitioners who have been there, done it and speak in simple language?
