Thought For The Week
BREAK free from seeking the approval of others. You will never become a well-respected person and brand without detractors, and these people may be very vocal in their opposition to you. You need that; you need these people talking about you, having a go at what you have done, often complete strangers to you, to get known, create debate, and change things.
(Extract from The Naked Millionaire)
I don’t like other people liking me. It’s my job to make the tough decisions, that sometimes means not being liked.
I’m the same, take me as you fine me.
I am just true to myself whether people like it or not.
It has not held me back.
Always be yourself but there are virtues in having someone like you in business because in a lot of instances it’s who you know, not what. The what can come later.
