Ideas are what makes the business world vibrant. You need that from your staff and colleagues to make sure you continue to thrive.
Ideas are the important creative side and yet you still have to possess pragmatism in the business. Craetivity does not always pay off so you have to have someone with the realism to make a stand and hold on to the reins.
Creativity is the key to business survival iom. Without it the business goes backwards and eventually fails.
