You have to have the knowledge if you want to pass on what you know. How you present it is not as important as knowing what it is you want to pass on.
You have to be able to deliver the message too. that’s what the skills are for.
The status has to be relevant. One could be regulated and one not. Surely the one that is deserves to know his status means something?
Isn’t that why we all want to get one over on our colleagues at work. To improve our status?
Relevance is not the relevant point here.
