Uniting Beyond Nations – please send on to those whose lives you touch

Perhaps the three most over-used words in any and every language:

“I love you”

How warm they can be, how full of joy and warmth and energy and connection

How cold they can be, how full of routine, and automatic reaction

So, on this special day, I invite you to say these three words to three people in your life – and say them as if you really mean them. As you say them, throw deep, unconditional love and warmth to the person you are saying them to. And say it with your eyes, with your body, with your self. Say them slowly and with meaning, and above all, say them with no expectation of hearing them in return.

And, on this day of connections, I invite all men with female partners to do this – simply ensure that during your first phone conversation; make sure they end the call

And, on this day of understanding, I invite all women with male partners to hold them by the hand and give them, what they seek most – simple, loving and heart-felt permission. To be themselves.
