Naked Leader Week 968 – 4 April 2022

In Naked Leader we believe that everything you need, to achieve anything that you want, you already have within you. Right now.

Saying this at an event last week – yes, real people in a real room – one of the group said:

“I bet you say that to everyone”

This is a familiar comment, phrased in different ways – and my response is always something like this:

‘Thank you. Yes, I do. I believe that everyone has that potential. Please ask yourself, and yourselves, is there anyone, or team, or organisation, with less resources or in poorer circumstances than you, who has achieved what you really want to achieve? If the answer is yes – and we know from our charity work that the answer is yes – that demonstrates that you too can achieve that outcome.’

It’s not how good you are, that is a given – it’s how good you choose to be.

And to prove it, please, don’t believe in me – believe in you.
