I agree, share what you can or risk someone knowing more than you and not doing so.
Sharing could mean u give someone else a sale
and u miss out. You have to be careful that u
dont share with the wrong person.
That of course is for sales people working in a shop for instance.
it is dog eat dog and you have to use your own knowledge to get ahead of the others.
Passing on knowledge has more benefits than not.
In the long run it is in your interests.
Not always. Power can sometimes come with drawbacks.
Passing it on is not always easy either.
I think there are pros and cons for passing on the knowledge.
