CREATE a culture of praise and communication in the workplace. If your team do well, tell them.
Confidence breeds confidence. Praise hard work, determination and selflessness. It will create positive
energy throughout your team.
Praise is something I have rarely enjoyed inthe workplace.
Probably because I have never been good enough to
hold down a job for long.
You have to earn praise. You shouldn’t creep to do that though. so maybe you have just not sucked up enough to the boss!
