I agree. I buy. I can’t stand being sold to in a shop.
Lots of retail outlets make mistakes by packing their shops with too many staff.
Very off putting.
I like being sold to. if someone is a good salesman and they offer me a good product then it’s fascinating to watch them operate and my challenge is always to wriggle out of buying it to wind them up as I know they won’t get their commission.
