The autumn is a major time for conferences. So as we near the end of the year perhaps you have attended a conference, course or some other event – please consider the following.

After an event or a speaker, the audience/delegates/team completes a “feedback form,” otherwise known as a “happy sheet!”

How “happy” were you with the presenter – their content, style and materials?

These are very important documents, and largely irrelevant.

The really important feedback is whether people in the room take action – do something – as a result of what they have seen, heard and experienced.
