For The Naked Office (link) we filmed over 45 hours of material for a programme lasting just over 45 minutes – the highlight?

The elephant / truth in the room session.

When you bring the elephant into a meeting, you speak the truth – which everyone knows must be said to move forward, and yet it rarely is. People avoid it, dance around it, look away from each other when the subject comes close.

You know exactly what I am talking about.

That’s right – so, go take it into a meeting today!
