Three Tips for Meetings

Time to read – Under 1 minute – Time to save in meetings – eternity!

1. Put Any Other Business as the first item on the agenda (it’s the bit where all the important things are discussed).

2. Always (that’s always) have a single person owning each action (more likely to get done, it doesn’t mean that person does everything, it does give clear accountability).

3. Issue brief handwritten single page of actions immediately after the meeting.
