I wondered when someone might pick up on something like this, a rule for all eventualities! Live your life by what is written or make what is written fit your life. Your choice!

Most organisations do not need them, will not benefit from them – and probably can’t afford them. Far better to invest the time and effort in empowering and enabling your people to perform at their best.
They are superb. Love those.
