中国之旅 阅读时间：数千年 亲爱的， 上个月，我满怀期待与兴奋，应华道项目组www.huataoecovillage.com之邀，荣幸地访问了中国。 Simon Jones (和谐沟通，本真领导力公关顾问) 和我一起，游览了故宫，亲历了中国古老的茶道（从未体验过的，最放松的茶会），并为华道项目的领导们引领了两天的本真领导力工作坊。 在两天的过程中，我意识到，我带着生活甚至呼吸的“保证成功的公式”还有更深的内涵，更古老的源头。是的，它是成功的源头，基础和原则，还有更多。它是一种方法，一个故事，一次探险，一次回忆，回到那我们曾经遗忘又记起，深深知道的地方－我们真实的自己－一个归家的旅程。 我学到了三件事: 我们常常从线上线下的媒体上看到听到读到关于一个国家，一种文化，就想当然地认为自己了解了它要想体验一个地方，你就一定要真的去体验它。 友好 – 我遇见的每一个人，无论来自何方，都对我非常友好，并且互相友好相待。 在我写“本真领导力”的时候，我并没有意识到，“你本具足”在中国比在其他地方有更深的文化根源－道，禅，佛学……这些根源可以追溯到几千年前。 我到达的时候，目标是离开的时候成为中国的朋友。我非常有幸地被邀请作为“华道”的一员，尽我所能帮助建设生态社区，价值观和文化，以在真实生活中实现它的关于人与自然的目的。 在此仅对所有使得此行发生的人们表达感谢，对所有人给予我的爱与祝福。 大卫· Dà wèi· X 另：在照片中，你们可以看到“保证成功公式”的部分中文翻译。感谢王薇和戎静。（王薇邀请了我，坐在我的左边，戎静帮助我做了很棒的翻译，坐在我的右边。)… Continue Reading
