Do These 4 Things as a Team, And You’ll Overcome Your Boundaries…

I am really enjoying the Women’s Cricket World Cup, which has reached the Semi-Final stages.

Reliable, detailed and thorough research – Google, Twitter etc. – has revealed that while all of the four semi-final qualifiers have many skills – e.g. playing cricket 😊 – to me each has demonstrated one strength over all their others, which has helped them reach this knockout phase:

Australia – Persistence – Their never give up mentality is something to behold – and copy!

South Africa – Honesty – By all accounts their team’s Truth in The Room sessions leave nothing unsaid – now that’s total trust.

England – Belief – After losing their first three games they kept believing, in themselves and in each other, winning their next four games in a row.

West Indies – Outcomes – Every team has an overall outcome – Win! The West Indies team break down outcomes for every over, and every ball.

The fastest way to be successful is to copy those that already are – go on then…
