WORK on your memory. Believe that you have a good memory and you will start to remember things. Think it’s poor and your memory abilities will disappear.
I believe I have a good memory and if only I was able to remember the things I did yesterday.
Why is it i remember things from 10 years ago but can’t think what happened in a meeting seven days ago!?
You don’t need a good memory. Your unconscious mind knows what to do from past experiences. Better to use your time and energy on doing the next thing, not remembering what it was you did yesterday.
