DON’T put off difficult decisions as the downside can be worse than the actual consequences of not acting decisively at the outset.
There are plenty of things I can have pre-emptied if only i had dealt with the things earlier. it just escalates in certain cases when you don’t take action to stop something happening.
Dealing with problems is the way to be. Do it there and then. Nip anything in the bud. i agree it’s the way forward. Letting things fester is never a good idea.
I agree. Nip in the bud and save yourself problems later.
Some problems work themselves out in time. So those that are left normally don’t hang around for too long before they are solved in any case. So there are two arguments here.
