Action For The Week
MAKE sure you have a clear, concise, compelling strategy for your company. Ensure everyone in your organisation knows it. Also, how what they personally do relates to the strategy. Anything that you do that does not help you get closer to your vision, stop doing it. You will stop over a third of your work and create a refreshing clarity.

That is a good way of ensuring your company is moving together in the same direction. Any other way is folly for a business in my opinion.
If you don't know where you are going you might as wellgive up as a company. Strategy is all important otherwise you will lose a lot of business to competitors who have their heads screwed on.
I don't work in a company although I do have that particular strategy as it works for me too.
