Action For The Week
EVERY customer/supplier dispute, the loss of a customer, a fallout with a client, a decision by a potential customer not to come to you, or return to you – they all come down to one thing. It’s an actual or perceived (same thing) broken promise.
Make sure you deliver and follow through on your deals, your agreements and your promises – always.
(Extract from The Naked Millionaire)

Like we've said before the customer IS your business.Without them you are nowhere.
Deals are deals. If you break a deal, you break a customer relationship and you lose some credibility too. I'm not sure i have ever broken a promise in business. It doesn't pay.
Customers are rarely wrong so don't risk losing them over a dispute. Nurture your customers and your profits will be nurtured too.
Talk face to face with the customers and sort problems out. It's the only way to do business.
Every customer you lose in this way is another loss on the profit and loss statement.
