It’s great when you go into a bank and there you have a member of staff who can give you what you want and make a decision, regardless of the fact it’s generally a computer making that decision.
It isn’t going to happen I’m afraid.
How many places do you go into these days where you get an instant decision on something.
The red tape drives me mad.
So having someone make a decision there and then would be somewhat of a novelty.
