So many messages we send and receive have a hidden cost—confusion!

Please don’t leave people guessing. Decide exactly what you want them to do, say it simply, clearly and upfront.

Clarity creates action – Vagueness creates delay.

My least favourite is when I receive a document or email etc. and am asked to comment on it, only to discover, after so doing, that it had already been sent!!

Let’s respect each other’s time, effort and sanity!!!

Be crystal clear why you are sending something and what you want from the recipient(s)

Then relax as the effort, angst, and endless back-and-forth simply disappear.
