#Choose to Challenge…The Myth That You Are Not Enough

On today’s #InternationalWomensDay there is much uplifting coverage around this year’s theme – challenging inequalities, gender discrimination and stereotypes. And to achieve all of these, and more, requires perhaps the biggest challenge of them all – the challenge to be yourself – to know that you are enough, just as you are.

The impact this will have on you, and on those whose lives you touch, is astounding.

For everyone.

We all live for the day when inclusion, diversity and wellbeing are so real every day, that those terms never need be referred to again.

And key to that, as well as the successful future of communities, companies and even countries, is for all of us to wake up to how amazing we already are.

Not in an arrogant, shout about it way, rather with a quiet confidence that comes from deep within.

When you achieve that, you no longer have to be jealous of others, to tell others about it or even have to keep telling yourself.

Because you will know it – deep down within you.

In short, you will become your own best friend, and radiate care, kindness and unconditional love to others.
