Why? Because it is the total opposite of how our dinosaur brain initially reacts, you will feel a lot better about life and yourself, and you will be far more likely to double down on achieving your dreams.

How? No event has any meaning other than the meaning you choose to give it…so:

1. Use any feelings you have to make you more determined – get back up again and next time do something different – just as you learned to walk

2. Ask yourself this – how does this event help me move closer to my dream/outcome? – just as the jubilee line extension got completed – the question asked was not “Where did we go wrong and who is to blame?” it was: “How does the fact that the trains don’t fit the tracks help us open this extension on time?” The brain will always answer the exact question asked.

3. If you are lucky enough to be rejected many times, you join the ranks of, among thousands of others:
