From Worry to Wonder in 1 minute flat…

Last week I promised this blog would be – ‘the only scientific way of removing The Imposter Syndrome’

This solution is permanent and scientific – in the sense that it always works, with anyone, anywhere anytime.

Negative thoughts and worry are not real. They are not a natural part of you.

They are imagined. And imagined things can only be released through imagination — not force, logic, or resistance.

Science shows that fighting a thought or reasoning with it makes it stronger. Instead, do this:

Close your eyes.

Welcome the thought in fully

Now, with love, warmth, and certainty. Say silently: “Thank you.” Slowly – 3 times.

You’ll feel the thought complete itself, dissolve, and disappear — replaced by a beautiful emptiness of calm silence.

Finally, say to yourself “I allow this moment to be as it is”

That’s right
