If you want to experience the FGS today – do this…

Go and have your eyes tested.

I have no doubt that opticians are highly trained, well qualified experts who really know what they are doing.

That goodness!

At the end of the day though, the way they apply all of their knowledge, expertise and experience is the classic FGS.

From their point of view…

Know where you want to go

I want to establish the exact, personal, optical prescription for this person.

Which will look something like this:

Know where you are now

You have a client who has difficulty seeing, focusing or has eye pain and has total trust in you.

Know what you have to do to get to where you want to go

Learn this question off by heart:

“Is that better, or worse? – better or worse – better or worse” as you gauge the response to using the various different lenses, while your client is wearing the funny glasses above.

Do It!

And keep doing it with persistence until you achieve your outcome.

and the key learning point for us?

Notice that the FGS is everywhere and how people, yourself, everyone applies it…in meetings, projects, opticians and in life.

Do it, live it and breathe it consciously, and you will be in much more control of your life, your dreams and your organisation!
