It took just nine months for you to be born – ready to fulfil the promise of those first few seconds.
And it will take just nine words to bring you home to a place of WellBeing, Calm and Peace, ready once again to live the life you were born to live.
In a world full of so-called ‘self-help’ and ‘mind, body and spirit’ books, could it be possible, could it just be possible, that all of the angst those books are addressing, can be removed with just nine words?
Billions of words in millions of books from thousands of authors, brought together in one single sentence:
When you love what is, the war is over

It’s the only way to achieve that elusive ‘live in the now’
And, ironically, it puts you into a perfect state to successfully change something in your life that you want to change

How rarely we see and value and realise what is all around us each and every day, at just how talented we really are, and all the wonderful people we already know in our lives.
