IF you want to be energized beyond belief, give out unconditional love to anyone and everyone you meet, including and especially yourself.
Loving yourself is not an easy thing to do as sometimes I don’t love the things i’ve done.
And yet, loving yourself can be rewarding.
I guess if you can’t love yourself it’s difficult to show love to someone else.
I do and it works.
