Had Enough of ‘Land and Expand’ Consulting?

It drains your company, your confidence and your cash.

Traditional consultancies don’t solve problems—they create them – the biggest being the devaluing of your internal people – disempowering the very lifeblood of your organisation.

What they do bring is jargon, glossy slides, and nonsense like ‘strategic alignment’ (even they don’t know what it means).

They’ll never just tell you what to do, how to do it, or why it works—because if they did, you wouldn’t need them. Their entire business model depends on keeping you stuck—trapped in endless change cycles, wishy-washy coaching, and advice so outdated it should be in a museum.

To take back control, ask every external ‘consultancy’ these three questions—and only work with them if they answer YES to them all.

1. Will you provide a written guarantee that your work will deliver a minimum of 3X ROI—measurable and directly linked to our success?

2. Will you openly share your expertise, including all ‘how-tos,’ so that we gain the skills to lead ourselves without ongoing dependency on you?

3. Will you commit to measurable outcomes and lasting impact, ensuring this is the last change we need in this area, not just another cycle of consultancy?
