A focus on what your organisation does right, not wrong

History rarely changes because someone had a perfect plan – it changes because someone chose to act.

So don’t measure yourself by what’s happened since January.

Measure yourself by what you’re about to do next and DO IT!

Because while a year can drift by, a single moment, fully embraced, can change everything.
