My daughter Olivia inspired the best presentation I never made!

Veolia, Sydney, 20 October 2022. Two hundred finance leaders, forty-five minute slot… and an A4 sheet on every table. I asked everyone to write their biggest personal dream, add their name, fold it into a paper aeroplane, and launch it across the room.

Daisy Bi – the queen of paper aircraft – showed them how. Then came the magic: pick up a plane, find its owner, and ask why that dream matters to them.

I planned 15 minutes for this opening ice-breaker – it lasted an hour. Fun, frantic, and unforgettable.
