Which one are you?

All of them.

We are none of us just one thing.

That’s why human beings are totally unpredictable — and predictably so.

We change with circumstances, people, pressure, possibility, and choice.

Yet relationships fail when we label people by one moment. Organisations fail when they put people in boxes. And lives shrink when we do it to ourselves.

So stop asking, “What kind of person are they?”

Ask, “Who are they choosing to be, right now?”

Because we contain multitudes.

And our greatest human power is choice.
