1. Unleash all your people powers – in everyone, not just a chosen few. If this is all do in 2025 your success will be inevitable. And the success of all AI strategies depend on this.

2. Become a Self-Leading Organisation. Yes, there is an alternative to the dependency driven consultancies – and that alternative is you.

3. Build a ‘Stop Doing’ List. Identify the 10% of projects that bring in 90% of your value and stop doing everything else

4. Don’t ‘Chase’ your Clients – ‘Choose’ your Clients by having an irresistible offer, being a niche of one, and making your competitors irrelevant – as you won’t have any.

5. All of the above will make your organisation a great place to work, a great place to be and belong. You will keep, inspire and attract the very best people.
