  1. Love the ‘and’ and not the ‘but’. But then again…
    But is still a worthwhile word and doesn’t necessarily have a negative connotation.

    When you say something to someone like ‘I like your work, but…’
    If you said it differently, ie, ‘I like your work, and…’
    The two have completely different meanings.
    One suggests you are about to throw in a drawback.
    The other suggests you not only like the work you are going to offer them something.
    Just a thought.

  2. I like will and can. They are ‘do’ words as opposed to try.
    Those who try and don’t succeed aren’t trying hard enough.
