I always aim high.
I always achieve far less but it was the thought that counted.
Aim low, then overachieve, gets more attention that way.
Then your targets get increased anyway so you can’t win!
Aim at a target that’s realistic.
That way you will have a sense of achievement if you do succeed and won’t be too disappointed if you don’t.
I just achieve what it is i think I can and don’t set targets.
