You are wherever you are, right now, reading this.

Now that may not read as a particularly persuasive line, sentence, and nine words.

With that in mind, please re-read it, and this time as you read, whoever you are, wherever you are and whenever you are reading this, it could be that you are feeling more calm, relaxed and at peace.

You are wherever you are, right now, reading this.

More calm centred and confident – just by reading you are breathing deeper and perhaps your pulse has slowed.

Or, perhaps, you are simply going with the flow – whichever you choose, is ok.

You are wherever you are, right now, reading this.

Please keep re-reading that line, focusing your awareness this time on each word, on each letter within each word, and on the silent space between each word.

Now you notice that your comfort and relaxation begin to deepen.

You are breathing more slowly, and your heart rate has slowed as you deepen your feeling of peace more and more completely and enjoy the experience thoroughly.

Have you ever thought about you, and everyone around you, in that way?

It is the sort of information that seems so impossible and yet so engaging that you may lose yourself in thinking about it.

Have you ever wondered what is to be like being so lucky, being born, being here?

And have you noticed right now, how you feel deeply warm, relaxed and inspired?
