I love talking in schools – it’s fun, terrifying, and full of heckling. Honestly, it’s the best speaker training on the planet – if you get out alive.

Recently, in a school assembly, I said:

“Have you ever noticed that you’re really good at what you love doing, and you love doing what you’re really good at?”

Instantly, a girl in the front row yelled:

“Duh!!”

Indeed.

Have you ever noticed that people in your organisation are really good at what they love doing, and love doing what they’re really good at?

So… eh… maybe just let them?
